Tonight I’m revisiting this great white wine from Domaine Des Sénéchaux. And it’s the last bottle left. Their 2015 Chateauneuf Du Pape Blanc has a nice freshness and richness to it – ripe pear and peach – and a slight “fattiness” that makes it very appealing. It’s a great example of some of the great and underestimated whites coming out of this region.
